OURO STREET- LISBON

CINCLUS is developing a contract to provide services of Project Management and Supervision of the Rehabilitation Works of the OURO GRAND Building, in Rua do Ouro, nr.s 61 to 79, Lisbon.

This is the second project of LEVEL CONSTELLATION Group awarded to CINCLUS and which has been strengthened its portfolio of projects in the field of Management, Supervision of Buildings Works and Built Heritage, as well as the experience in the rehabilitation and also in downtown of Lisbon.

The building to be renewed is a typical example of the downtown architecture with seven floors above ground and one partially underground floor.
It creates one street corner facing south and integrates the orthogonal urban network of this area of the city, with a prime location - three front of frontages for the main streets: Ouro Street, Conceição Street and Crucifixo Street.

They are planned 55 apartments spread over a total building area of 4.925.00 m2.

The proposed apartments diverge between T0 and T2 type, and will be served by all the technical infrastructure that a project of this type requires.
The project is expected to last 27 months.
