ÁGUAS DO PORTO

Last February 2 was the inaugural ceremony of the new commercial service space of Águas do Porto.

This new area is the resulting of a rehabilitation and expansion project of the old commercial service building, and was a project in which CINCLUS provided Supervion Construction Works and Quality Management Services.

The inauguration was attended by the Hon. Mayor of Porto, Rui Moreira and the Hon. Minister of Environment, Eng. João Pedro Matos Fernandes and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Águas do Porto, Eng. Frederico Martins Fernandes.

The rehabilitation of the building provides a new modern customer area service and with additional comfort and privacy for customer services. It has 9 service points, 3 of which for a quick response to the most common situations, and 6 Normal service points. In addition, this new building also comprises other administrative services, including claims management, expedient and reading customer water consumption information, as well as a call-center.

The Contract also included the creation of an outdoor plaza with a water mirror and new accesses dedicated to the public (pedestrian access and access to the car parking). We point out the excellent quality of the final result of the intervention and which has scrupulously fulfilled the time limit and costs.
